About the Role
Key responsibilities:
- Support head of Hospital Access and Cooperation (HAC) to develop & execute functional strategy.
- Support on the execution of company NRDL and NEDL strategy.
- Develop communication tools for HAC team including but not limited to product listing DA, slide deck by working with related TAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to conduct IPS/POA access strategy and ensure synergy execution.
- Build and maintain sound relationship with national association accounts, develop academic projects to promote cooperation with healthcare systems.
- Proactively monitor major healthcare/pharmaceutical policies and related TA competitors marketing dynamics to explore access opportunities.
- Lead HA stakeholder mapping and engagement strategy.
- Support on the execution of HA capability building project.
Essential Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in MNC pharmaceutical company, with 5+ years’ experience in HEOR/Access/Marketing function experience
- Good strategy thinking mindset, comfortable to work in a matrix organization, with high people agility and learning agility
- Commit to high ethical and compliance standard
- Fluent in oral and written English. Educational background on HEOR/pharmaceutical management/clinical pharmacy is preferred
